The Architect’s work on this residence consisted of two projects.  The first being a major expansion and renovation resulting in an enlarged structure which includes traditional living and dining rooms, stair hall, modern kitchen open to a new family room, and a new family entry.  The upper floor renovations resulted in three bedrooms and three baths including a vastly enlarged master suite.  A large attic level, home office was added.

 

The second project enlarged the existing dining room and adjacent screened porch, added a patio with pergola, and added a courtyard-like raised terrace with a fire pit.
