Historic Preservation Commendation Award Winner

This wood-frame single family house and barn, built over a period of years from the mid 1700’s on, was renovated and expanded.  Historical documentation of the building at the turn of the 19th century guided the restoration of the front and right side.  Sympathetic additions to the rear were blended with the original structure to create a house suited to the turn of the century.
