This turn-of-the-Century stucco home has a clay tile roof and many hand-crafted ceramic tile details on its exterior, as well as extensive interior trim details.  These were continued throughout the rear expansion, which emcompasses a new kitchen, mudroom and family room, as well as a large terrace stepped into the sloping rear yard.  Expansive windows and French doors connect the new spaces both visually and physically to the outdoors.
